Keep it Green Landscape Maintenance Program

The Maintenance Program we perform for our customers in Apollo Beach is designed to keep their lawns and gardens in the best condition we can achieve. Before we begin, however, we visit your property to develop a personalized plan because every yard is unique.

Initial Steps

We take an inventory of what you have on your property and make an assessment. Then we consult with you to learn how you expect your landscaping to look in 1, 2 or 3 years. With that in hand, we present our recommendations and, with your approval, initiate our Program as soon as it’s convenient for you.

Our Program

Summer – Once a week
November – March – Twice per Month:

  •       Mow
  •       Edge
  •       Trim the hedges
  •       Blow the debris and remove it
  •       Trim Palms and other Trees as needed
  •       Remulch as needed

Ancillary Services

Not only do we offer fertilizing, but we also partner with ABC Pest Control, who provide fungicide and insecticide to keep the lawn and garden protected with their once-every-7-weeks’ visit. We can set up a plan, all according to your budget.

When we notice plants have died, we make certain that you’re aware of it and follow your instructions to replace it with the same plant, or you may want to visit our garden center and select another plant out of the thousands we keep on hand.

Service

We’re on call for our customers

Keep it Green is closed one day a year:  Christmas. Our customers know they can call us, day or night; we answer the phone.

When Ms. Jones calls, says she’s having a party in a couple of days and needs the yard spruced up, we shuffle our schedule so we are on her property the next day.

We’d like to service all of Tampa, and we’re growing at a phenomenal rate. At the current time, we’re covering a 40-mile radius, around Apollo Beach, where we’re located. We plan to increase our range to serve more of Tampa Bay in the near future.

Keeping it green; keeping it beautiful.

At the end of the day, we realize we have some great customers who appreciate what we do for them. We enjoy serving them—keeping their lawns and gardens looking nice—taking care of large and small details.

Our aim is to keep our customers happy with Keep it Green. That’s what sets us apart. This is where we center our focus.
